As all items are bespoke and made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is faulty or arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
