We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times

As all items are handmade to order, please allow [insert timeframe, e.g. 5–10 working days] for your piece to be carefully created before dispatch.

Delivery

Orders are sent via a tracked UK postal service such as Royal Mail or a similar courier. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days once dispatched.

You will be notified when your order has been sent.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services. Once your item has been dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
