1. About Us

Lill’s Memory Resins is a UK-based handmade business creating bespoke resin keepsakes and gifts.
 

2. Orders

All items are handmade to order. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and full payment at checkout.

As items are custom made, small variations in colour, finish or design may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full before work begins.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Processing & Delivery

Processing times will be stated at the time of order. Delivery is within the UK only and handled via trusted postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless work has already begun.

7. Liability

We are not liable for misuse of products. Resin items are decorative and should be handled with care.
